1. Services
Crazeon Digi Solution provides website, mobile app, custom software, SaaS, marketing and automation services. Starting prices shown on this site are market-positioning guardrails, not fixed quotes — the actual scope, timeline, deliverables and price for any engagement are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
2. Third-party costs
Costs for domains, hosting, third-party APIs, payment gateways, messaging providers, AI/model usage, advertising spend and similar external services are separate from our fees unless explicitly stated as included in your proposal.
3. Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing requested content, access, approvals and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays on your side may affect the delivery timeline.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, source code and deliverables created specifically for your project are handed over as agreed in your proposal. Reusable internal tools, frameworks or components we bring to the project remain our property.
5. Change requests
Work outside an agreed written scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately before being carried out.
6. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue outcomes or business results from any service. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
