When you submit a contact or start-project form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, company name, service interest, budget and project details. If you create a client portal account, we additionally collect your account credentials (handled securely via Supabase Auth) and any files or information you choose to share as part of an active engagement.
2. How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver and support any project you engage us for. We do not sell your information to third parties. We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site.
3. Where it's stored
Form submissions and account data are stored in Supabase, a managed database provider, with row-level access controls restricting who can view your data. Email notifications are sent via Resend. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of any system connected to the internet.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@crazeondigi.com. Client portal accounts include self-service profile controls; account and data deletion requests are reviewed and actioned by an authorized team member.
